Gorgeous design! The colors and intricacies are just stunning!

I'm really pleased with my print. It arrived well-packaged, though I would have preferred if you hadn't gone with styrofoam.

I've been snapping photos for more than 70 years now. Some of my pieces are showcased at the Center for Creative Photography in Tucson. I've done both commercial work as an advertising photographer and tackled some tougher non-professional projects. Recently, I had the chance to get two black and white prints made by ArtisanHD as gifts. Their craftsmanship was top-notch. They were super professional and a breeze to collaborate with during the whole process. The final results either met or went beyond what I was hoping for. I can't recommend them enough!

Stephanie really went out of her way to assist me with figuring out the right size and the various print options (acrylic/canvas). My order wasn’t huge, but she dedicated her time to me, and the final product turned out gorgeous. I definitely recommend this company!

The first time I tried calling during regular business hours, nobody picked up. I left a voicemail but didn’t get a callback. When I went to the website, it wouldn’t let me choose the size I wanted. A few days later, I called again, but the person I needed to talk to was busy. She did get back to me after two days, though. She explained that the website was having issues and suggested I just write the size I needed in the notes. It took way too long to get this photo sorted out. I've been using ArtisanHD for over a decade and have never faced such poor customer service before. Everyone was friendly, but I’m not sure why I had this experience. In the end, my customer got the print and was really pleased with it.
